Journal
I created the Frontline Families Connection Journal for families living the reality of shift work - especially those feeling lost in the night shift shuffle. When a first responder parent comes home to a sleeping house and wakes up to an empty one, staying connected can be hard.
As the spouse of an RCMP member, I wanted a simple way to help my husband feel included on the days we feel like passing ships. This journal offers a space to share the kids' day, drawings, and little messages - bringing joy, connection, and support when families cannot always be together in person.
